How does the customization process work?

We will send you a design mock-up for approval before we start making your custom yoga mats or accessories. Production starts only after you approve the design.

How to order?

You can place an order through our website, email, or by contacting us directly. We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages or pricing errors, but we will let you know if this happens.

Do you provide discounts? 

Bulk Discounts: The more you order, the bigger discount you get! Contact us for special pricing on bulk orders. Final pricing will be confirmed once you place your order. 

What is the turnaround time?

Custom products typically take 1 week after design approval.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?
